Roles & Responsibilities Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line) Build a strong relationship with customer. Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries. Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly. Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes. Ensure all emails are to be respond on time. Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations. Comply with company rules and regulation. Do reports that required from Superior (will advise and guide) Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirement Able to speak and write fluent English and Mandarin At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Able to commit on Saturday. Might required to work or answer calls even after work (as operation still ongoing) Able to work independently in a busy and fast paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
