Job Description


A manufacturing company in Woodlands is looking for a suitable candidate to join them as Customer Service Executive.

  • Ability to understand clients needs and coordinate works between the clients and the company
  • Forward and escalate enquiries if any from clients to relevant individuals and departments
  • To manage clients adjustments and expectations and ensure a smooth process of the job until completion
  • Process paper work and arrange for delivery of completed materials, posters and stickers to clients
  • Willing to travel to clients location to show colour proof when its ready and coordinate alterations and changes when necessary
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing client base
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by Management
Requirements
  • Minimum \'N\'/\'O\'/Nitec/Higher Nitec
  • With or without experience as training will be provided
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy talking to people
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Quick to adapt and flexible
  • A good team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 01/02/2023
