Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and customer service support
  • Sales Order Processing: Quotation/ Sales Order/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoicing
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department
  • Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents
  • Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers\' orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle customers\' inquiries
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, meticulous and good team player
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and associates
Other Information:
  • 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week
  • 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm
  • We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport from Yew Tee MRT
