A reputable professional service provider is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their exciting business.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be managing customer feedback for all customer services aspect. You will be responsible in identifying and resolve of any customers queries or feedback across various platforms, social media, email and e-commerce channels.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You should possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, tech-savvy, be detail \xe2\x80\x93 oriented and able to work independently. Possess excellent communication skills, have a strong team-oriented personality.
