• Online customer service executive for an electronics company specializing in phone and tablet repair, buying and selling of mobile phones.
• Work-from-home and work-in-office environment. No need to meet customers face to face.
• 95% of communication via text messaging. 5% of communication via phone calling.
• Be the first point-of-contact for all potential customers of the company.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via the company hotline and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google through phone calls and text messages.
• Fix appointments for customers according to company SOP.
• Facilitate the availability of products, spare parts and add-ons at the retail outlets.
• Provide after-sales support to customers.
• Follow up on pending customer orders.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Provide insight to improve the company SOP through on-the-job experience.
• Provide insight on customer feedback, trends and behaviour to increase company sales.
• Solicit actively for positive reviews on our existing platforms.

• Able to work on weekends and PH.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries on peak periods.
