Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to join our Customer Service team. The incumbent will be responsible for order processing, inventory management as well as provide excellent customer service to the stakeholder invovled:-

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with team to process and manage orders from Asian subsidiaries using SAP
  • Be the customer\xe2\x80\x99s focal point of contact for orders, shipments, product delivery schedules, pricing and returns
  • Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/ packing/ labelling and delivery of orders
  • Issue invoices sand necessary shipping documents for shipments
  • Maintain Shipment tracker
  • Master data maintenance & updates in SAP
  • Generates Weekly files and monthly Reports
  • Backup for team mates
Requirements
  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years relevant experience in customer service and supply chain management
  • A team player who is able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn with positive working attitude
  • SAP experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)

The position is a hybrid based position with the on-site location in Singapore (Jurong - Pioneer area)
