Job Scope:
Provide high standard customer service
Represent the Company in a professional manner as a front line employee
Identifying and responding to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs by providing advices
Prepare quotation, debit note or credit note to customers and raise work orders
Answer phone calls, emails, etc.
Ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:
Relevant customer service experience is an added advantage
Entry level is welcomed, training will be provided
