Job Description
Job position: Customer Service Executive/Assistant
Working days and hours: Mon-Fri (office hours)/WFH arrangements
Salary: Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
Location: Yishun
Industry: Healthcare
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and delivering high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients.
- Provide support on pre-sales and post-sales
- Answer customers enquiries and resolve customers issues
- Ensure clients retention and instil customers loyalty.
- Provide outbound service calls through retention strategies and programs for existing clients.
- Provide support to all supporting departments and ensure that calls/emails are rightfully handed over to the respective departments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- At least Diploma in any field/industry
- Minimum 2 years of customer service/sales support/administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in mentoring and training junior staffs would have an advantage
