Customer Service (Freight Forwarding, Shipping)
5 Days work (9am - 6pm)Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer enquiries, agents & complaints.
- Arrange trucking, transportation & collection.
- Co-ordinate & monitor shipment with carriers and clients.
- Process custom permit.
- Process booking for shipments with shipping lines/consol & prepare shipping documents.
- Ensure all cargoes are send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately.
- Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings.
- Assist with billing, input job reference and closing jobs.
- Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Portnet.
- Good communication, willing to learn and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Batok.
- Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
