Responsibilities :
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by streamlining customer service operations and fostering positive relationships with both customers and staff.
  • Adhere to established customer service standards and procedures.
  • Support by assisting with tasks such as handling goods and tax refunds, processing smart-card applications, making public announcements, and managing lost and found cases.
  • Promptly address customer issues, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Gather and organize customer feedback to enhance service standards.
Requirements :
  • Min. ITE
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience in hospitality
