Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Intern / Trainee to join our growing team.Responsibilities :
- Follow up with leads from whatsapp, texts, emails, social media, calls etc to secure new appointments for the clinic
- Support in other administration duties assigned by manager
- Min. GCE 'N' or 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in beauty, customer service, hospitality will be an advantage
- Able to write well in professional English to answer enquiries from leads through various platforms
- Result oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to use Microsoft word and excel
- Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) - you will need to use them daily
- Semi-retired individuals who have good written English skills are also welcomed to apply
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per weekSalary: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
