We need to ensure that in cases we let Customers down, they are comforted in a proactive manner and ensure we look to fix the problem from recurring for other Customers. This is where you come in! Here’s an opportunity to become a founding and critical member with us. You will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of services.

We’re looking for an awesome individual who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and who isn’t afraid of doing the hard work to join our Resolution team in the role of a Customer Service Intern. The ideal candidate is social, motivated and pays strong attention to detail.
What you’ll do:

• Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints and queries to provide satisfaction and secure positive relations between us and customers
• Answer every customer enquiry in an efficient, brand professional tone in timely manner to guarantee customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Identify improvement opportunities for customer experience, especially on ticket escalation events
• Actively and diligently monitor and provide customer feedback to relevant departments to help continually improve Flash Coffee’s customer experience through cohesive team involvements
• Assist managers to cascade and implement need-to-know communications, create knowledge base articles and refreshed macros

Requirements:

• Comfortable with using Live Chat, Emails, Live calls to a wide customer profile base
• Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service
• Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to quickly assess situations and provide exceptional resolution to customer satisfaction
• Skilled in basic google spreadsheets and generating reports
• Any experience in customer service sector is an advantage.
