Our client, a renowned distributor of raw materials, is currently in the process of expanding their business and is actively looking for talented individuals to join their team as a Customer Service representative. The primary responsibility of this role will involve processing orders for the Asia region to ensure timely shipment.

The primary responsibility of this role will involve processing orders for the Asia region to ensure timely shipment.
Job Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (hybrid work)
- Location: Central
- Bonus: AWS + VB
Receiving and processing orders from our customers for products to be imported from our production facilities in Europe and Australia, responding on customer enquiries, order status and shipping documents and engaging with service providers in Japan such as clearing agent and transport companies
Liaising with our production partner to ensure timely delivery of goods and working with our finance team in Singapore to process invoicing of orders.
Talents:
- Minimally 3 years of order processing experience
- JLPT N1/N2 (Japanese Language Certification) is advantage
