Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead/supervise a team of counter or room assistants.
  • Lead a team of 8 to ensure that all patient inquiries are rightfully attended to on time
  • Provide feedback on the performance of team members
  • Create and implement work procedures
  • Orientate and Train new staff
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates without healthcare experience are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with supervisory experiences will have an added advantage
  • Min Nitec holders
