Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the Call Centre Team
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the contact centre, including resource planning and maintaining the performance targets
  • Investigate and follow up on escalated and complicated customer issues
  • Build an engaging and motivated workforce by creating a positive and vibrant environment for staff to thrive.
  • Work closely with HR Department on recruitment and training needs of the contact centre staff
  • Prepare monthly management and annual budget reports
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree / Diploma with previous experience as Call Centre Manager
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt to variety of situations and different personalities
