Looking for an experience CS Manager for Well known logistic company
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide customer service team for Seafreight Department
- Liaise with customer on the SOP
- Meet up client for any project based or any special arrangement
- Prepare customer key performance report
- Liaise with Ocean Carriers for booking or uplift
- Attend freight management and rates negotiation
- Provide service to overseas client or offices
- Liaise with overseas agent for various requirements and rates
- Training and supervise new staff
- Attend sales visit or sales meeting to resolve any operation issues
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 8 Years of working experience in Seafreight department or FF industry
- Knowledge in guiding and supervise a team
