Looking for an experience CS Manager for Well known logistic company
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide customer service team for Seafreight Department
Liaise with customer on the SOP
Meet up client for any project based or any special arrangement
Prepare customer key performance report
Liaise with Ocean Carriers for booking or uplift
Attend freight management and rates negotiation
Provide service to overseas client or offices
Liaise with overseas agent for various requirements and rates
Training and supervise new staff
Attend sales visit or sales meeting to resolve any operation issues
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain or equivalent
At least 8 Years of working experience in Seafreight department or FF industry
Knowledge in guiding and supervise a team
