Attending to customer\'s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Maintain of stock inventory
Preparation of weekly/ monthly report
Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
Take up other duties as assigned (scheduling, etc.)
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
\xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
