Customer Service Officer 24 hrs shift (Inbound Call Centre Experience)

This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clients

Salary Range: $2,500-$3,000 Work Location: Suntec

Work Schedule 1. Comfortable with rotational shift 24 hours 2. Monday - Sunday (including public holiday) 3. 44 hours per week 4. 5.5 days of work per week

1. 1-2 years of inbound call center environment (min 6 months) 2. Education background: Minimum O Level and above 3. Multitask \xe2\x80\x93 Logging tickets, checking KBs while on the call 4. First call resolution expertise to close the call at CSO level. 5. Experience in dealing with Member of Public, Government/ IMDA/GovTech Contact Centre / Service Desk agents are preferred. 6. Fast paced environment to handle about 30 or more calls per day
