Customer Service Officer ($2800 $3300/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Complete customer activation
- Attend customer enquires through emails and phone calls with prompt reply/ acknowledgement back to customer
- Enhance customer satisfaction
- Travel to the client\xe2\x80\x99s location to provide product usage instruction.
- Assist clients with VR filming
- Follow-up service for the shooting of customers
- Monitor and oversee the service situation
- Manage customer service teams
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
