- Position Title: Customer Support Officer/ Customer Service Officer (Operations)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm) / Tue \xe2\x80\x93 Fri (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $2,700 + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle calls/texts/emails from customers to provide technical support in a timely and effective manner.
- Investigate customers\' complaints at 1st level.
- Escalate appropriate customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaints or queries to relevant departments or management.
- Schedule technician and fix service appointment.
- Plan and liaise with technicians on servicing scheduling and day-to-day matters.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
- Minimum NITEC graduate / GCE \'O\' Level certificate / GCE \'A\' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in call centre/ customer service.
- Applicants with no prior experience but possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
