• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Transportation (Freight Forwarding)
• Position Title: Customer Service Officer/Customer Service Officer (LCL)
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits + Group Insurance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries, responding to them in a timely and actuate manner for Dublin Consol and Second Key personnel of the control tower.
• Ensure proper coordination of all shipments.
• Arrange bookings with ocean co-loaders (CWT).
• Monitor & Process shipments and billing through Cargowise, and follow up closely with customers on any problems.
• To maintain an efficient filing system of all documents.
• To communicate efficiently with customers and the transport team to ensure smooth pickup of the shipments.
• To ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements are met, customers are up to date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
• To invoice customers for jobs completed.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
