Ensure proper coordination of all shipments. Arrange bookings with ocean co-loaders (CWT). Monitor & Process shipments and billing through Cargowise, and follow up closely with customers on any problems. To maintain an efficient filing system of all documents. To communicate efficiently with customers and the transport team to ensure smooth pickup of the shipments. To ensure customers' requirements are met, customers are up to date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise. To invoice customers for jobs completed.
