Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm, Saturday 8.30 pm \xe2\x80\x93 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,400 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Develop and maintain successful customer relationships.
- Co-ordinate with team in proposing product solutions to meet customer requirements through quotes, tender bid process and/or customer procurement process.
- Support order confirmations and deliveries.
- Support implementation of new product launches.
- Support market strategies via social media/digital marketing.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and development reports on accounts and area covered.
- At least GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or equivalent
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
