  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner. * Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention Identify cross-sell opportunities and encourage the use of digital services during customer interaction Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards. Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions Interact with internal & external customers via omni-channels to answer customers queries related to Corporate Banking products. Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment. To adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues Location : Jurong OR Changi office Working Hours : 9 hours shift (various morning shift between 8am to 8pm) Shift Allowance on top of basic $400 .12 months contract renewable based on project or performance
