Company Background
Guangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry.
Core Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Answering product and service questions
\xc2\xb7 process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and efficient service to customers.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Prior working experience in a call center environment is welcomed.
Additional Info:
\xc2\xb7 Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)
\xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am \xe2\x80\x93 2pm
\xc2\xb7 Salary $2500 -$2800
