Updating of status, sending letters to ask for final deposition of article or if item is in transit Replying remarks, updating of system for any status, sending letter to inform sender to inform addressee to pick up item at post office Ensure all daily assignments' completion in a timely and accurate manner Maintain high level adherence and compliance towards policies, processes, and procedures Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors from time to time (within admin scope of work) Job requirement and preferred skillsets Diploma in related field 1 year of similar working experience is desirable Good interpersonal skill with an out-going personality Good written and verbal communication Excellent listening skills and strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage/ resolve complaints/ difficult situations To be able to empathize with situation
