Cheerful Personality, Creative, Customer Service Orientated, and Goal-Orientated / Good PC Skills

Working Schedule : 06:45am to 04:00pm / 10:45am to 08:00pm / 01:45pm to 11:00pm
5 day work, 2 day off.
Staff transport provided at Bedok (6:30am only) and Tanah Merah MRT stations

For those who lives near Paya Lebar / Eunos / Bedok / Changi / Tampines / Simei / Loyang / Pasir Ris.

MAIN JOB-DUTY

Handled booking of SPORTS SLOTS
Maintain a control record of credits transfer for Sports Events
To operate & monitor System Tablet and simple troubleshooting of the device, report on Facility Card System, if it is not functioning.
Ensure all Transactions and Cash are accounted and submitted to Finance Department
Tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accountable for by the end of the shift / day
Monitor and ensure Facilities are clean and in good condition
Coordinate in conjunction with the Supervisor on all Promotional Activities / Events
Recommend Sales Promotion and other Activities to Members
Ensure that ISO Quality Procedures are compiled with
