The Customer Service Officer (CSO) role:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing front desk services such as answering phone calls, attending to our walk-in customers, guiding customers through our car auction procedures, and addressing their enquiries and feedback. The CSO will also be tasked with performing administrative duties such as updating customer records, conducting document checks and verifications, and being the main liaison officer between our customers and car dealers.
As this is a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate should possess great interpersonal skills and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. No experience in the automotive industry is required as on-the-job training will be provided, but a high willingness to learn will ensure you succeed in the job.
