Sgcarmart Quotz is a subsidiary of Sgcarmart, Singapore’s top-ranked automotive website with more than 2.6 million visitors every month – offering the largest and most comprehensive database of new and used cars for sale. The Customer Service Officer (CSO) role: The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing front desk services such as answering phone calls, attending to our walk-in customers, guiding customers through our car auction procedures, and addressing their enquiries and feedback. The CSO will also be tasked with performing administrative duties such as updating customer records, conducting document checks and verifications, and being the main liaison officer between our customers and car dealers. As this is a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate should possess great interpersonal skills and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. No experience in the automotive industry is required as on-the-job training will be provided, but a high willingness to learn will ensure you succeed in the job. Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ requirements, enquiries, and feedback on our services
  • Guide customers through the procedures of selling their cars
  • Liaise with customers and car dealers for document checks and follow-ups
  • Handle documentation and other administrative duties
  • Establish good rapport with customers and dealers
  • Support the Sgcarmart Quotz team in its day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma holders welcome to apply
  • No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Must be a team player but also able to work independently
Other Information:
  • Work Location: 61 Ubi Avenue 2 Automobile Megamart S408898
  • 5-day Work Week (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)
  • Working Hours 9am to 6pm
Salary:
  • Depending on your qualification or experience, you can expect a basic salary of $2,400 to $2,800, plus 13th Month and Performance Bonus
