Responsible for system-related work which would consist of, Sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.
Be In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics
Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns)

What We Are Looking For
While it is preferred that the candidate is a degree holder and with working knowledge of the electronics components industry, the following are the "Must-Have" requirements to be successful in the role:
Must have a tertiary education (Some formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectively.)
A minimum of 2- 4 years experience in a Sales administration role or have worked in a customer service role.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, including English & country specific language - Express ideas with clarity since role requires regular exchange of communication.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
