Responsible of identifying tasks that are critical to maintaining customer satisfaction levels and communicate with employees to raise awareness of their individual roles in delivering satisfaction . Responsible for maintaining a high quality standard of customer service . Responsible for handling customer inquiries, service requests and complaints. . Coordinates shipment arrangements with trucking Companies and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location for pick up . Liaise and provide information Accounts for the preparation of invoices to customers . Document shipping information into the Warehouse Management System . Participate in meetings to improve productivity and provide suggestions to resolve customer issues . Assist with training of new employees within department and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross functionally . Authorities: Issuance of shipping documents and instructions . Authorities: Establish and monitor customer service standards in the company Education and Experience: . At least 1 year of experience role preferred in the same industry handling shipping documents for eg. Import /Export/Transhipments/D/O release etc. . Good understanding of Incoterms . Proficient in MS Office . Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment . A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills . Flexible / Adaptive to changes and Meticulous to details . Bilingual in English and Chinese will be advantageous Working Location: ( Transport will be provided to & fro Jurong East MRT - 740am & 530pm) . Jurong Island ( Main) : 20 Sakra Road, Singapore 627889 Working hours: 5 days Work Week Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
