Experienced in handling emails, phone calls enquiries?

PART TIME - $13/hr - weekly salary payout
FULL TIME - UP TO $2400!!

Job Duties:

  • Handle walk in, phone call and written feedbacks / inquiries (email management)
  • Manage CRM system, create, follow up and close case within stipulated time. Escalate case when necessary
  • Reception duties
  • Making calls to enquirers to resolve the case
  • Operate POS system and handle cash
  • Generate daily ground report

Requirement:
  • Min O-Level with at least 3 years experience in customer service, handling emails, phone calls enquiries
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
