Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and guests
  • Answer customer enquiries and provide solutions in person, phone, email, mail or through social media platforms
  • Liaise with different stakeholders
  • Provide simple technical support for customers
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum GCE "O" Levels or equivalent
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service Oriented\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
