Job Description
Position: Customer Service Officer(Contract)
Contract: Period: 12 months
Located: Kallang
Salary: $3,300 per month
Workdays: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday
Working Hours:
8.00am to 5.45pm (Mon to Fri) / 8.00am to 1.15pm (Sat)
JOB SCOPE: * Assist with the pre-processing of applications/appeals
- Handling of generic email/phone enquires
- Assist in handling walk-in customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries
- Willing to be deployed for counter duties such as enrolment of walk-in customer
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Minimum Degree Holders in any fields.
- Demonstrable work accuracy and efficiency
- Possess confidence in handling walk-in customer
- Basic computer skills such as word processing, email correspondence, etc
- Good communication skill
