JOB SCOPE:

Provide customer service with regards to logistics and shipping matters
Liaise with both customers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure shipment is on time
Deal with any issues pertaining to shipment matters
Provide basic support for the sales and marketing team
Other ad-hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 'N' Levels with at least 1-year of experience in the relevant field(s)
Good communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
