Job Description

Responsibilities:
Reply and attend to customers' requests and calls in a timely and politely.
Processing and creating of new job order (Portnet ESN and DPRE) into the systems accurately. Training provided.
Liaising with customers on status of container (empty import containers and loaded export containers).
Assist and coordinate with Operations Team based on customer's job requirements.
Do not incur any unnecessary cost imposed by PSA/Depot/Carrier etc.
Other duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' level and above. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
A team player, good communication skill, honest & with the RIGHT work attitude.
PC literate and possess basic computer knowledge.
Possess a positive drive & eager to learn and adapt.
Able to handle pressure and cope with tight deadlines.
