Job Description
:
Monitor, record and manage warehouse inventory- issue invoices/billing to customers
- Attend to customer calls and queries
- Coordinate warehouse receiving/outgoing, transport, import and export shipments
- Generate inventory reports
- Handle shipping documents and liaise with carriers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirement:
- 2-3 year working experience in similar industry
- Possess Quality Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping documents
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, independent & good team member.
- Proficient in PC applications particularly in Microsoft excel and words.
