Job Description





:


  • Monitor, record and manage warehouse inventory
  • issue invoices/billing to customers
  • Attend to customer calls and queries
  • Coordinate warehouse receiving/outgoing, transport, import and export shipments
  • Generate inventory reports
  • Handle shipping documents and liaise with carriers
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders


Requirement:
  • 2-3 year working experience in similar industry
  • Possess Quality Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of shipping documents
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, independent & good team member.
  • Proficient in PC applications particularly in Microsoft excel and words.
