Providing customer service for all enquiries in a timely & professional manner
Basic administrative duties, like registration and scheduling appointments, etc
Having the ability to understand client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and recommend the most suitable procedure
Liaise with clinics & centres to fulfil client\xe2\x80\x99s request
Answer all enquiries from emails, WhatsApp, phone calls, etc. and convert them to actual appointment bookings
Training will be provided
5.5 days work week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
