Roles & Responsibilities To be responsible for orders processing. 5 days work 9am - 5:30pm. Working Location: 1 Buroh Lane, #2M-04, Singapore 618292

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing and fulfilment
  • Process customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and third-party to ensure timely picking and delivery of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders
  • Update system on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
  • Other duties involved to complete orders fulfilment
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in order processing role
  • Customer-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken
  • Organised and diligent
