Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities To be responsible for orders processing. 5 days work 9am - 5:30pm. Working Location: 1 Buroh Lane, #2M-04, Singapore 618292
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing and fulfilment
- Process customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Liaise with internal and third-party to ensure timely picking and delivery of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders
- Update system on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
- Other duties involved to complete orders fulfilment
- Any other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in order processing role
- Customer-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Organised and diligent
