Job Title Customer Service Officer (Part Time/ Kallang) Summary This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.About the Role:

  • Respond professionally to all customer calls
  • Log all enquiry, feedback and complaint cases promptly
  • Escalate, monitor and follow-up proactively with customers to ensure closure
  • Communicate and coordinate with teammates on outstanding cases
About You:
  • O\' Levels & above, or other equivalent certifications
  • Commit for 3 months
  • Able to start work the following week after the interview
