Job Summary:

• Working Hours: Mon - Friday, 8.00am - 12.00pm
• Salary range: Up to $1,300 + Transport Allowance + Completion Bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the submission of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specific client requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing through email and phone, providing timely and accurate information.
• Track and follow up on invoicing inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
• Conduct cylinder reconciliation and issue adjustment delivery notes as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.
