Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in handling counter duties which includes premium redemption, stock replenishment, mall promotions, direction assistance, handling of loyalty programme, answering phone calls and attend to shoppers' queries. Responsible for assisting in atrium events on queue management, photo takings, check on mall directory, distribute of communication materials to tenants. All other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: . Min GCE N/O Level . Good interpersonal and customer service skills . Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word .
