Job Description


Our client is a well-established market leader in the public-listed property industry. They are looking for a Customer Services Officer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible .

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in handling counter duties which includes premium redemption, stock replenishment, mall promotions, direction assistance, handling of loyalty programme, answering phone calls and attend to shoppers\xe2\x80\x99 queries.
  • Responsible for assisting in atrium events on queue management, photo takings, check on mall directory, distribute of communication materials to tenants.
  • All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Min GCE N/O Level
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in shopping centres/service/retail industry
