Job Description


  • Promotion and marketing of export sea-freight services
  • Visits and services customers
  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction and on quality of service
  • Attend to sales enquiries and customers’ complaints
  • Liaise closely with export operations staff & update customers on status of export shipments
  • Prepares shipment Sales Department / customers for surveys of damaged goods
Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service handling of customers’ accounts
  • Diploma in business administration or equivalent
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of shipping procedures
  • Computer literate
