Attend to customer enquiries, requests and/or orders - via phone, email and retrieval from online sales platforms . Record details of feedback and complaints . Keep proper records of customer interactions and transactions . Coordinate with logistics partners on delivery arrangements . Data entry on sales performance reports . Update stock records daily and conduct regular stock-take Requirements: . GCE N' Levels or higher . Positive attitude towards learning and facing difficult customers . Responsible and passionate in providing good customer service . Can work independently with minimal supervision . Bilingual in both Chinese and English languages (verbal & written) . Able to handle non-halal food items . Familiar with MS Office (Word & Excel) . Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service . ONLY SINGAPOREAN / PR MAY APPLY Job Highlights . Working Hours: MON-FRI 10:00am-4:00pm, inclusive 1hr lunch break. OFF ON Every Weekends & PH (5 hours x 5 days = 25hours per week) .
