Job Description


  • Process job orders for collection, retrieval / destruction
  • Generate invoices for posting to customers
  • Phone handling and chasing of payment
  • Liaise and follow up with customers to obtain details for incomplete information.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered and pay attention to details include double checking
  • To update existing data
  • To attend to emails promptly
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by immediate Superiors.
