Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handling of phone/ email enquiries and bookings. Provide quotation to the customer.
  • Arrange bookings with carrier / co-loader / transporter.
  • Handle a full spectrum of import and export documentation.
  • Handle billing, costings and ensure prompt invoicing to customers.
  • Liaise with carriers, feeder operators, vendors, overseas agents and customers.
  • Experience in handling Import Permit & DG Declaration, Portnet and Tradenet usage.
  • Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time
Requirement:
  • At least 2 year of working experience in freight forwarding company
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player with initiative
