Position: Customer Service Officer
Reporting to: Operation Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
To assist Customer Service Lead in managing Bin in process Work closely with Packaging and warehouse team on daily production/bagging orders, closure, bin in and generate PWO for SAP upload. Work closely with Warehouse receiving team on PRM/RM receiving. Update system accordingly. Work closely with Warehouse team for scrap sale. Monitor orders, inventory status to generate reports for customer. Update WMS on location housekeeping. Coordinate with warehouse department on PRM/RM movement (Receiving, Requisition, Return). Provide support to customer service team member, if needed. Maintain proper documentation and filing. Full compliance to site safety requirement.
Minimum Qualification
1. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Management / Supply Chain / any related field.
2. SAP & WMS knowledge is a plus.
3. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
