Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing
  • Perform order entry
  • Liaise with various departments such as Warehouse, QC and logistics to ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers
  • Coordinate goods return or product recall if required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 years of working experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective cross-functional team member with good communication skills
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • Proficiency in MS office and Oracle - will be an added advantage
