Company BackgroundGuangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry.Core Responsibilities: Answering product and service questions process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers.Requirements: Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates Good communication and interpersonal skills Prior working experience in call centre environment are welcomed.Additional Info: Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am - 2pm Salary $2500 -$2800Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per monthSupplemental Pay:
