Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
  • Greet customers and answer all customers' enquiries
  • Perform for scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders appointments to customer
  • Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
  • Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
  • Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Preferably with experience in retail industry.
  • No Experience are welcome as training will be provided.
